About Us

Alabama Science in Motion (ASIM) is Alabama’s statewide high school science program within the Alabama Math Science and Technology Initiative (AMSTI). Since 1994, ASIM has partnered with universities and high schools to share high-tech lab equipment, provide classroom support, and offer teacher professional development—helping schools deliver hands-on science experiences that many couldn’t afford on their own.
